HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
- Application: Au pairs submit an online application detailing their childcare experience, motivations, and preferences for location and family.
- Screening and Interviews: We conduct thorough interviews and background checks to ensure suitability, experience, and character.
- Matching: Based on preferences, skills, and family needs, we provide a curated list of potential au pair candidates to host families.
- Placement Confirmation: Once the ideal match is made, we assist both the au pair and family in finalizing the details of the placement, including contracts, visas, and travel arrangements.
- Orientation and Ongoing Support: Both au pairs and families receive comprehensive training to ensure a smooth transition. Our support team is always available to assist with any issues that arise.
